Welcome to my Dabbl App Review!

Since the global pandemic has started, staying more in our homes has become a necessity to protect ourselves and those around us.

Although some quarantine measures have been lifted in some places and the implementation of the new normal protocol has been provided worldwide, there are still uncertainties going outside of the comfort of our homes.

But not going outside, may also mean not going to work.

For this reason—work-at-home jobs are on the rise these past few months.

Freelance platforms like UpWork and Fiverr, Paid-to-Click, and Get-Paid-To are only some examples of sources of income online.

You can access most online jobs today through their official websites, which may be a hassle to some—you have to open your browser, and loading of the webpage may depend on the browser application and internet speed you have.

Dabbl App is a little different in the sense that you can access their platform through their mobile application.

You may have become acquainted with the platform as you’re searching for ways how you can earn income online.

But take note that they only provide gift cards. So, no actual cash is given as a result of complying with the tasks at hand.

You might have become interested and wanted to know whether the platform is legitimate or a scam.

It’s a perfectly normal reaction, especially if it’s our first time hearing about them. The purpose of this review is to help you put those doubts aside and make a conclusive decision on whether to join them or not.

I’ve also reviewed other online platforms with similar functions. You can check them out if you’re interested—JustAnswer, Gain.GG, Test.io, Lazybucks, Rebatesme, Azobux, Rebatest, GamerMine, LuxSurveys, Opinionspay.cash, GG2U, Idle-Empire, and Rapidworkers.

So without any further delays, let’s begin my Dabbl App review…

What is the Dabbl App?

Dabbl App is a Get-Paid-To platform that pays you gift cards for doing simple tasks such as watching videos, paid-surveys, playing games, etc.

Dabbl Apps motto is to turn your downtime into gift cards. Well, that’s how GPT sites work in general.

Yes, you get paid for doing such simple tasks. But as simple as they may seem, compensation from GPT sites are not that great as well. I will explain more of this in the later chapter.

Dabbl App Review

The Dabbl App was developed by AdJoy, Inc. that was founded in 2015 by Susan O’Neal-Gear, Marvin Scaff, and Shachar “Shock” Tomar. (1) (2)

It’s currently headquartered in Tampa Bay, Florida and has offices in San Francisco, California.

Dabbl App is a good source of extra income and a great way to earn income during your vacant periods.

As mentioned, there are several ways how you can earn through the Dabbl App. And now, let’s explore each of them…

The registration process and how much would it cost me to join?

You can use Dabbl App through your mobile devices.

Dabble App is convenient in terms of accessing their offerings, which is unlike most GPT platforms where you may need to go to their website directly.

You can download the application through the Google Play Store or App Store for iOS users.

Signing up with Dabbl is free, with no recurring charges.

However, you need to be a resident of the United States and at least 13 years old to use the application.

The registration process is pretty straightforward. You need to provide your phone number and age.

And then, a verification code will be sent via text message. Once you have verified your phone number, you can access the mobile application.

To complete the registration process, you will need to provide your full name and personal email address. And the last process is to create a password.

That’s it!

Once fully registered, you will be redirected to your dashboard. On the top left corner is your profile picture (you may upload one if you like), on the other side is your points counter.

How does the Dabbl App works?

As mentioned, there are several ways on how you can earn with Dabbl. Let’s take a look at some of its income streams—

Paid Surveys

You can choose from any surveys offered from your dashboard.

You may begin answering as soon as you’ve selected your preferred survey. There are no right or wrong, just give them your honest answers to the subject matter.

But before you can begin filling out surveys, you need to undergo screening tests first to evaluate whether you’re eligible to answer the questionnaires provided.

Short surveys you’ll find within the platform are typically three to six questions only. But remember that as easy as they may look, the incentive isn’t promising as well.

Short surveys, as such, normally yield $0.01 to $0.05 when accomplished.

There are surveys that pay higher compensation, but I doubt that it’s enough to cover your monthly expenses.

Watch Video Advertisements

You may be familiar with the video advertisements you see on social media and video sharing platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and YouTube. And yes, you can earn some cash just by watching these annoying video clips.

These videos would normally last for a few seconds to minutes. And after watching them, they typically provide 10 point incentives.

Completing offers

This feature would normally require you to download and install a mobile application.

In some cases, it only asks you to provide insights, comment, or answer a few questionnaires after watching a video.

Afterward, the contributor usually earns $0.05. In some instances, they would also earn a discounted price on the application or products they just reviewed.

Referrals

It’s a pretty straightforward income stream where you earn by referring new members into the platform.

They earn about $0.25 after the new member has completed the registration.

As sweet as it may sound, each member has a 20 person per account limit. Thus, potential earning per account for referrals is only $5.

Payout

As mentioned, no actual cash is provided.

The payout you’ll receive is in the form of gift cards you can use to buy stuff from Walmart, Amazon, Target, and Disney, to name a few.

But before you can cash out, you need to accumulate 5,000 points first.

Once you decided to cash them out, it will be converted to gift cards—5,000 points is equivalent to a $5 gift card.

The gift cards are sent within 24 hours via email.

Is it a reliable source of income?

If you’re thinking of quitting your day job and do GPT tasks instead, then you’re making a huge mistake.

Potential income is extremely low that breaking into the hundred dollar mark is difficult, even let’s say that you’re working on certain tasks every hour.

Also, you have to take note that offerings won’t always be available anytime you wish. You may have to wait a certain period until you can begin any tasks.

Dabbl App is only a good source of extra income, but completely relying on them won’t help you manage your monthly expenses.

If you’re looking for a better work-at-home platform, one that yields higher and unlimited income, then you have check out the description below—

What I Don't Like About Dabbl App

Limited job offerings

Job offerings are not continuous—meaning that tasks are limited, and they may have to wait for a certain period before they can land a job.

No cash payouts

They only provide gift cards, which may be a turn off for people who prefer cash instead.

Recent customer complaints

The negative ratings range from the application itself to the task given. Here are some of the examples—

No BBB credentials

The Better Business Bureau or simply the BBB is one way most people do to check the credibility of a company.

The Dabbl App or AdJoy has no BBB profile, but it doesn’t necessarily mean that they are fraudulent in any way.

There are legit companies that chose not to disclose company information to the BBB

What I Like About Dabbl App

User-friendly interface

The mobile application is easy to use.

Excellent customer service

Their customer support is fast to respond to any queries that members may have.

Is Dabbl App a scam?

No. Dabble App is not a scam.

The income potential is low, but they are not a scam.

When we say scam, the business would intentionally mislead someone to get money from a person without receiving anything of real value.

In the case of the Dabbl App, registration is free. So I see no risk here.

Final thoughts

I hope my Dabbl App review has helped you determine whether to invest time and effort into the platform or not.

In my opinion, however, if you want a reliable source, then doing GPTs is definitely not the way to go.

As repeatedly emphasized, the income is very low, and your chances of becoming financially independent are extremely slim as well.

What you’ll basically be doing is to promote a brand using an affiliate link through your website.
