If you’re searching for direct selling companies in the field of health and wellness, you might have encountered the company Elevacity.
You became curious and wanted to know whether this company is for real or they just another pyramid scheme in disguise.
Is Elevacity a scam? Or are they legitimate?
If you’re looking for answers to these important questions, you have come to the right place.
But first, let me congratulate you on taking the initiative to background check this company before investing any money.

What is Elevacity?
Elevacity is an MLM (Multi-Level Marketing) that specializes in selling Health and Wellness products, particularly products that are claimed to induce weight loss and improve energy level.
The business was incepted in 2014 by Robert Oblon. They are currently headquartered in Texas, USA.
Before Elevacity, Robert was also involved in two other MLMs, namely—World Ventures and Travopoly.
The Elevacity compensation plan and its income streams
Elevacity offers an eight-way income stream. It is as follows—
- Retail commissions
- Fast Start Bonus
- Differential Bonus
- Customer Acquisition Bonus (CAB)
- Uni-Level Bonus
- Leadership Bonus
- Diamond Pool
- Ambassador Pool
If you have experience with MLMs, some of the terms may be familiar to you already.
Now, let’s discuss them one-by-one
Retail Commissions
This type of commission is one of the basic payouts you’ll see in any MLMs. The only difference in each of the businesses is its feature or the percentages.
As the term implies, you earn commissions through personal retail sales. You’ll earn 20% profits either through offline or replicated online sites.
A 10% income is waiting for a member that makes a retail sale on SmartShip auto-ship program.
Fast Start Bonus
You become eligible for this bonus if you manage to make personal signups for at least one of the following starters’ kits.
- Happier Kit – it’ll cost you $250.
- Happiest Kit – it is priced at $500.
The recruiter shall 30% commission as a result of the signup. This means they earn about $75 and $150 for the Happier and Happiest Kit, respectively.
Differential Bonus
You’ll earn an additional 5% bonus on top of bonuses from personal signups when you reach the rankings of Gold or higher.
Again, the potential member or members have to avail of the abovementioned starters’ kit for the recruiter to qualify for the bonus.
This means that the recruiter shall earn an additional $12.5 and $25 for the Happier and Happiest packages, respectively.
It’s also to be noted that there’s a payout limit for this bonus. It is $37.5 for the Happier Kit and $75 for the Happiest Kit.
Customer Acquisition Bonus (CAB)
If you can manage to sign up three new members that avail at least $80 worth of products, then you qualify for a Customer Acquisition Bonus.
Also, the purchase must be made within 30 days to be eligible for the bonus.
The summary of the bonus are as follows:
- The Three Qualifying Bonus will yield $25.
- The Five Qualifying Bonus will yield $50.
- The Seven Qualifying Bonus will yield $100.
Uni-level Bonus
It is a bonus you obtain from your lower network’s sales volume, that’s ten levels deep.
The bonus that the members shall earn depends on their ranks.
- The first level network is the members you have personally recruited.
- The second level network is the new members your personal signup managed to recruit.
- And the list goes on.
Leadership Bonus
Once you’ve been promoted between the Platinum and Royal Black Diamond, you now qualify for the Leadership Bonus.
- Platinum yields a $400 bonus.
- Diamond provides a $600 bonus.
- Black Diamond pays an $800 bonus.
- Royal Black Diamond lets you earn $1,000.
However, you’ll cease receiving this bonus as soon as you reached the Ambassador ranks or higher.
In turn, you receive another type of bonus that qualifies the Ambassador ranks or higher.
Diamond Pool
It is where the company shares 0.5% of its income to its members every month.
The share is divided equally among members with rankings of Diamond, Black Diamond, and Royal Black Diamond.
Ambassador Pool
It is the same concept as the Diamond Pool earners. The only differences are that it is given to the Ambassador ranks or higher, and the percentage bonus is at 1.5%.
Please do take note that compensation plans may change from time-to-time, and you may notice variances as you’re reading this review.
But I will make modifications as soon as these changes occur.How to sign up for Elevacity?
Before you can sign up with them, you need to find a sponsor first. The application won’t push through if you don’t have any sponsors.
You can find sponsors through their online support team, which is support@elevacity.com or telephone support—1(800)518-0284.
After doing so, you’ll be asked to fill out basic information like full name, country, state, etc.
And then, you have to provide payment information and choose which starters’ kit you prefer.
Lastly, you have to agree with the company’s terms and conditions. Once done, you are now officially an Elevacity member.
The membership fee is $49.97, which you’ll only pay once. And then, you also have to settle a monthly charge of $25 to remain active in the company.
It doesn’t end there. You also have to make monthly purchases to improve your personal volume and become eligible for bonuses and commissions.
This is a common practice in MLMs agents, which seem to be that they’re paying their own commissions.Is Elevacity a reliable source of income?
Succeeding in MLMs is extremely rare.
Think of it—if the products are profitable, then why don’t they just focus on promoting their products.
According to Jon Taylor’s Book, “Multi-Level Marketing Unmasked,” he revealed that almost 99% of people who join MLMs lose money than earn anything.
It was further explained that MLMs fail to meet expectations because of two things—recruitment and capitalization.
For any MLM agents to gain significant income, they have to improve their personal volume.
In part, you improve sales volume through retail sales. But to qualify for bonuses and commissions, you have to build an ample lower network and make sure that they’re actively improving their PVs as well.
In addition to PVs, you also have to mind monthly membership fees and purchases. As a result, most MLMs run out of funds and eventually quit the business.

Is Elevacity a scam?
No. Elevacity is neither a scam nor a pyramid scheme.
Elevacity is a legitimate MLM business that’s selling Health and Wellness products.
Although some may argue that MLM is essentially a fancy word for the pyramiding scheme, there’s a minor difference between the two business models.
Pyramid schemes are illegal in most countries because it’s high risk. On the other hand, MLMs are the same, with the exception of legality. It is so because you get merchandise in return for your so-called investments.
They sort of disguising themselves as a direct selling company.
If you want a better option, then you have to try Affiliate Marketing. It’s free, to begin with, and no membership fees or whatsoever.
Negative Notes
Success is recruitment-based
For you to access their high-paying features, you have to improve personal volumes.
As mentioned earlier, you can only do this by making recruiting new members continuously.
Not accredited and low BBB rating
The Better Business Bureau, or simply the BBB, is the go-to ratings for most people.
A low BBB rating may likely impact the decision making of an individual.
Despite having a BBB rating, they’re still not accredited by the BBB, so “is Elevacity a scam?”
Well, not necessarily because there businesses out there that are legitimate but chose not to fully disclose information to the BBB.
Too many complaints
In the BBB alone, they’ve already garnered about 83 complaints.
Some of the customer complaints even say that the products made them sick.
Some of the complaints include money that was not refunded and undisclosed charges.
Not recommended for beginners
If you don’t have a background in marketing or any forms of selling, then you might find it hard doing MLM in the beginning.
As I emphasized earlier, you will need to recruit to improve your PV through recruitments. This means that there will be a lot of upsells in MLMs.
For those who are just starting, I imagine that your first customers would be your family and friends.

Positive Notes
I can’t find any positive about the program. My suggestion is to look for other investments than MLMs.
