In this review, I will attempt to put those doubts and help you decide whether you should even consider this company or search for other investments.
So is Unitex Capital a scam? Or are they a legit source of income?
Let’s begin my Unitex Capital review…

What is Unitex Capital?
Unitex Capital is an MLM (Multi-Level Marketing) that specializes in cryptocurrency trading.
Some other examples of MLMs in this field include Forsage, Tradera, Auvoria, Kangot, and Crowd1.
Unitex Capital didn’t provide any conclusive information about their company background. They claim that the company was founded by a man named Matthew Stevens, who was born in Croatia.
It was added that it was incorporated in New Zealand.
The company mentioned that they are providing risk-free investments and stable income to New Zealanders since 2017. However, the domain says that it was created recently—about January 2020, to be exact.
If the company is not honest or not willing to disclose even the most basic information like founders and current CEOs, then I’d better think twice before investing.
The business opportunity of Unitex Capital
Recruitment is the bread and butter of Pyramid Schemes and MLMs in general.
One of the primary distinguishing characteristics of Multi-Level Marketing is its retail products.
A pyramid scheme does not really exchange something of value in return. The potential recruit only gets a promise of high returns in exchange for their so-called investments.
Although Unitex Capital does not offer any retail products, they are still considered as an MLM.
Their packages are connected to what they call investment plans. I’ll discuss more on this in the following section.
With this kind of setting—it closely resembles a Pyramid Scheme or Ponzi Scheme than a networking operation. This is because they only give you a promise of high returns in exchange for your investment.
What makes Unitex Capital more suspicious is that they are not open in regards to basic information such as who operates the company.
I believe if the company is credible or doesn’t have anything to hide—they wouldn’t hesitate to disclose relevant information.

How much will it cost me to join?
The membership fee is tied to the investment plan you have chosen.
As you may have seen, the packages are freaking expensive!
Although they have a $50 offer, you still have to avail of their more costly investment plans if you want a larger return.
But I don’t think Unitex Capital is worth the investment, considering how risky the business is.
Tired Of Expensive MLMs?
Here is A Way Better Alternative!
Can you make a reliable income from Unitex Capital?
Making any reliable income from Multi-Level Marketing is extremely rare. And it’s even rarer if the company is operating a Ponzi or Pyramid Scheme.
The business model of MLM is so flawed the likelihood of losses is much greater than gains.
According to a study conducted by Federal Trade Commissions, they found that about 99% of people who join MLMs incur losses than gain any profits. This was detailed in Jon Taylors’ book, “Multi-Level Marketing Unmasked.”
The same is true with Ponzi and Pyramids. But these schemes are much worst in the sense that it is way risky.
It was further explained that MLMs fail to meet expectations because of two things—
Recruitment
Your aim in network marketing is to recruit continually to create a large network. By doing so enables you to earn more income.
Recruiting becomes more of a necessity, especially when some of your lower networks have become inactive or quit altogether.
Capitalization
Unitex Capital has no retail products to sell.
In order for you to have a significant income, you may have to invest more in the company.
It becomes problematic if the investment fails, and the investor has to invest more.
As a result, some may become tempted to invest more. It may eventually lead them to run out funds, and then quitting altogether.
Is Unitex Capital a scam?
There are no proofs as of yet whether the company is a Ponzi or Pyramid Scheme or just an outright scam.
Unitex Capital is an unregulated cryptocurrency MLM company. It means that the company is not reliable and unsecured because they are not regulated by law.
Another suspicious action by Unitex Capital is that they’re seemingly unwilling to disclose even the most basic information, such as founders or current CEOs.
Other cryptocurrency MLMs like Forsage and Crowd1 were already labeled a Pyramid Scheme and banned in certain countries. (1) (2)
What I Don't Like About Unitex Capital
Success is recruitment-based
You need to recruit and create a large network for you to earn a significant income.
The company is high-risk
Although the company offers a $50 minimum investment, you may still be forced to purchase their more expensive investment packages to earn a higher income.
You don’t get anything in return for your investments. You’ll only receive promises of high returns in the future.
You also have to take note that the company is unregulated, which means that the potential for abuse is highly probable.
No BBB credential
The Better Business Bureau or simply the BBB is one way people check the credibility of a business.
Not having one doesn’t immediately conclude that the business is fraudulent in any way, but it may affect potential investors’ decision-making significantly.
Lots of negative comments
The company receives a lot of comments saying that they are a scam.
Here are some examples from Trustpilot—

What I Like About Unitex Capital
I did not find any positives about the company.
Final thoughts
I hope my Unitex Capital Review has somehow provided you enough information to determine whether the opportunity is a good investment or not.
But as I repeatedly emphasize, I don’t think Unitex Capital is a good investment on the grounds that it is high risk.
You also have to take note that since they don’t have any retail products to sell, it closely resembles a Ponzi or Pyramid Scheme.
Instead, what you get in exchange for your investment are promises of high returns in the future.
