Welcome to my MobileXpression review!
You may have come across MobileXpression if you’re looking for an easy way to earn income online.
It may have aroused your curiosity and wondering whether the business is a legitimate source of income or not.
If this is your concern, then you have come to the right place.
In this review, I will provide you a detailed analysis of the platform and determine if it’s a good fit for you.
So without further delays, let’s begin my MobileXpression review…
MobileXpression Review
- Name: MobileXpression
- Website: mobilexpression.com
- Parent company: Comscore
- Price: free-to-join
- Recommended?: As a source of extra income, YES!
What is MobileXpression?
MobileXpression is a company that specializes in market research services. They specifically focus on behavior and trend regarding phone usage of consumers.
Basically, the test subjects download a mobile application and install it on their smartphones.
And then, the program would run in the phone’s background that monitors every activity they make with their devices.
As the application does its job, it doesn’t interfere with your phone's overall performance. It only takes on 100kb of memory and needs 128kb to store collected data.
It’s a little uncomfortable that someone is watching your phone activities. But if you don’t mind it and the thought of earning some extra cash weighs more than such privacy, then you may probably try them.
Anyway, MobileXpression says that the information gathered as a result of the test is used in determining how people from various demographics use the internet and websites they access.
MobileXpression was created by another company called Comscore.
They happen to be a market research firm as well that focuses on trends and behavior in general.
The company was said to have been featured in prominent publications such as the New York Times, USA Today, and The Wall Street Journal.
However, there is little information about the MobileXpression. I was unable to locate any further information online.
But as I check their domain age, it indicates that the website was created on September 12, 2007.
Thus, it makes them almost 13 years in the business—having been in this business for more than a decade means that they are very reputable.
I have reviewed other online money-making platform in the past. You may check them out if you’re interested—Shadow Shopper, Enjeo, JustAnswer, MegaTypers, and Music Xray, to name a few of them.
The registration process and privacy
The registration process to becoming a test subject for MobileXpression is pretty straightforward. It won’t take much of your time—probably, five minutes tops.
The signup page only asks some of the basic questions like name, address, email address, etc.
However, the platform may be limited to specific countries. You may check out their official website to know if your country is on their list.
Let’s again go back on how they take care of your privacy.
Basically, the application only gathers consumer usage of the internet and the websites they visit. They also track how long you’ve been spending on your phone.
They added that the files collected are encrypted and placed in safe storage.
It is said that they don’t track banking and other sensitive information. But it is still unnerving that someone has access to your phone usage.
If you’re uncomfortable allowing them to track your activities, then you don’t have to. There are lots of platforms out there that offer a higher source of income than MobileXpression.

How do the MobileXpression works?
How the application works are pretty straightforward, as well.
To put it in simple terms—MobileXpression allows you to earn passive income by sharing them with your mobile phone activity.
But unfortunately, the passive income you’ll earn isn’t in the form of money but gift cards. I’ll explain more about this in the following sections.
Anyway, it works by downloading the mobile application through the Google Playstore for Android users or App Store if you are an iOS user.
After successfully installing the mobile application, you will be brought to their sign up website to complete the registration process (I explained this in the previous section).
Afterward, you can go back to the mobile application and sign in.
And then, you have to give permission to the application to run in your background as you do your routine.
Again, they will track your mobile phone habits for market research purposes
That’s basically how the mobile application works!
But as easy as they may seem, the pay isn’t that great as well.
The potential income is so low that the platform is only as good as a source of extra income.
How you get paid is in the following section…
The payment process
As mentioned, they don’t provide real money as a form of payment. But rather, they reward gift cards to their participants.
The participant earns a $5 Amazon gift card if they are able to keep the mobile application for seven straight days.
This cycle continues each week you permit the mobile application to run in your mobile phones’ background.
Amazon is not only the company’s partner. You may also use a gift card from Dunkin Donuts, The Home Depot, Starbucks, etc. Amazon is just a popular option for most of its participants.
There are also comments saying that there are participants that don’t earn at all.
MobileXpression explains that the test subjects must allow the VPN to connect with the mobile application.
This instance ensures that the application is running and that you earn your gift cards.
They also offer weekly raffles to its loyal and qualified participants.
Some of the prizes they could earn include Kindle, Gadgets, and even cash prizes from $100 to $100,000!
Is it a reliable source of income?
Well, the apparent answer is no. MobileXpression is not a reliable source of income. They don’t even provide real money!
I think if you are a frequent consumer of their specific partners like Amazon, Starbucks, Dunkin Donuts, or The Home Depot, then the mobile application is probably useful to you.
But overall, the company is not preferable for people who want to earn real money and stable income.
Although the prizes may sound enticing, you have to remember that it is a form of lottery. And as we all know, winning in lotteries is extremely slim.

What I Don't Like About MobileXpression
Not paid in real money
You get gift cards instead of real money.
Poor customer support
The customer assistance may not be that good. Just consider the following comment from Trustpilot—
Lots of negative comments
The company has received many negative comments which range from claims of scamming or privacy issues—
Poor rating in Trustpilot and Survey Police
The company currently has a poor rating of 1.8 stars and two stars in Trustpilot and Survey Police, respectively!
You can them out in websites of Trustpilot and Survey Police.
The poor star rating doesn’t necessarily mean that the business is a scam. It may just be an indication of poor management.
What I Like About MobileXpression
Doesn’t require much work
The only requirement they need is to allow the mobile application to run on your background.
Is MobileXpression a scam?
No. I don’t think MobileXpression is a scam.
I believe that they are a legitimate market research firm that offers gift cards as compensation in return for allowing their application to run on your mobile phone’s background.
This may be the case—there are important issues that still need to be addressed.
The most important of all is how safe is your personal information with them.
The assurance I could give you is that some of the companies that they’re servicing are those that are included in the Fortune 500.
The other is that they provide detailed terms and conditions and privacy policy. Within the document, they explain how they use and protect your personal information.
Final thoughts
I hope my MobileXpression review has provided you sufficient information in determining whether the platform is a good fit for you.
Although the company is legitimate, I still don’t recommend MobileXpression or any online money-making platform for that matter.
But if you’re only thinking of using them as a source of convenience in regards to your Amazon or Home Depot purchases, then you may try them if you want.
If your desire is a higher and more reliable source of income, then continue to the next section, and I’ll show you how I earn income online…
Do you want to how I earn significant income online?
Affiliate Marketing is a better source of income than any online money-making platform that you can find on the internet for a few apparent reasons.
And some of these factors include the following—
- The platform offers true money.
- You will earn a higher income because you’re going to work with the clients directly.
- Guaranteed no upsells of any kind.
- It is free, to begin with
- Unlimited income because you can promote as many brands as you want.
Yes, what you’ll basically be doing is to promote a brand using an affiliate link that will be provided by the company you’re going to market.
The affiliate link is attached to your online site. And then, you earn commissions anytime someone uses your link and avails the products or services offered on the company’s official website.
But of course, your success in this endeavor depends on how much traffic you manage to drive into your online site.
If you’re a complete newbie and don’t where to begin or already have a website but struggling as of the moment, then I have the perfect solution for your concerns.
