GoodLife USA is an MLM (Multi-Level Marketing) that specializes in providing travel and lifestyle services. It includes services like bookings or discounts on hotel reservations, resorts, cruises, dining, vacations, etc.
It was incepted on November 22, 2015, according to its BBB profile. It was founded by an entrepreneur named Mark Seyforth.
I also reviewed MLM companies that offer travel packages in the past. You can check them out if you like—PlanNet Marketing, InteleTravel, and Ascira.
I won’t be discussing their services any further since our main focus here is their business opportunity.
So is GoodLife USA a scam? Or is it a reliable source of income?

The GoodLife USA business opportunity
Complex and almost incomprehensible compensation plans are the hallmarks of Multi-Level Marketing.
And those offered by GoodLife USA is no different. They are as convoluted that it seems like you’d be needing assistance from an expert finance person to decipher the entire thing.
When dealing with MLMs in general, you only have to put two things in mind—
- Retail commissions – it is income-based from retail sales.
- Recruitment – it is the bread and butter of MLMs because it is where their bonuses and commissions are based from.
Most MLMs try to make their compensation plans as complex as possible to confuse their potential recruits and prevent them from asking many questions that may expose the business model’s flaws.
And to completely save themselves, they would just tell you how high the potential income is, and then show you the lavish lifestyle of their members—does this sound familiar?
It may sound a little sketchy, but effective nonetheless.

What are its income streams?
Quick Pay Tree
This bonus is only qualified to a representative who sold Platinum packages.
GoodLife USA provides a Quick Pay Tree bonus up to four levels deep.
The summary of the bonus is as follows—
Team Tree (2x20)
This part of their earning feature is very complicated and a bit confusing. Therefore, I have summarized them as best as I can so you could understand them better.
GoodLife USA adapts a 2x20 matrix of network marketing. What this means is that you’ll have two personally recruited representatives directly under you.
And then, the representative could potentially earn up to 20 levels deep.
The summary of the level percentages and required representatives below them are as follows—
First level - a 2% level bonus with a required lower network of at least 2.
Second level - a 2% level bonus with a required lower network of at least 4.
Third level – a 5% level bonus with a required lower network of at least 8.
Fourth level - a 5% level bonus with a required lower network of at least 16.
Fifth level - a 5% level bonus with a required lower network of at least 32.
Sixth level - a 5% level bonus with a required lower network of at least 64.
Seventh level - a 6% level bonus with a required lower network of at least 128.
Eighth level - a 7% level bonus with a required lower network of at least 256.
Ninth level - an 8% level bonus with a required lower network of at least 512.
Tenth level - an 8% level bonus with a required lower network of at least 1,024.
Eleventh level - an 8% level bonus with a required lower network of at least 2,048.
Twelfth level - an 8% level bonus with a required lower network of at least 4,096.
Thirteenth level - a 7% level bonus with a required lower network of at least 8,192.
Fourteenth level - a 6% level bonus with a required lower network of at least 16,384.
Fifteenth level - a 6% level bonus with a required lower network of at least 32,768.
Sixteenth level - a 4% level bonus with a required lower network of at least 65,536.
Seventeenth level - a 2% level bonus with a required lower network of at least 131,072.
Eighteenth level - a 2% level bonus with a required lower network of at least 262,144.
Nineteenth level - a 2% level bonus with a required lower network of at least 524,288.
Twentieth level - a 2% level bonus with a required lower network of at least 1,048,576.
The number of IBO required was not directly identified from the 13th up to the 20th. They just mentioned multiply, so that’s just what I did.
It’s a little odd for me that they tell you to “Calculate the Potential” and then mentions in the bottom “Incredible Residual Potential.”

Coded Bonus (Unilevel) and Infinity Rank Bonuses
As for the coded bonus tree, I’m not sure what they meant because, at this point, they will have to system—a binary and unilevel system.
But they mentioned that they offer a hybrid compensation plan.

Rank Advancement Bonus
The representative earns specific rewards as soon as they advance in rankings.
The reward ranges from certificates or recognition pins to a more luxurious incentive like cars, vacations, or even jet-skis!
In addition, the top representative of GoodLife USA may also have a chance to participate in the company’s profit-sharing as a whole.

How much will it cost me to join the MLM?
On their website, the only membership package that appears is the Platinum pack.
But based on what I’ve gathered, they formerly offer three membership packages. And to give you what it used to look like, refer to the following—
- Silver membership package – it will cost potential recruits $11.95 per month.
- Gold membership package – it will cost potential recruits an initial membership fee of $99, and then a monthly fee of $39.95.
- Platinum membership package – it will cost potential recruits an initial membership fee of $199, and then a monthly fee of $59.95.
So currently, they are offering two membership packages. And the summary is as follows—
- Starters’ membership package – it will cost potential recruits an initial membership fee of $79, and then a monthly business maintenance fee of $9.95.
- Platinum membership package – it will cost potential recruits an initial membership fee of $379, and then monthly business maintenance and subscription fee of $9.95 and $49.95, respectively.

Success in Multi-Level Marketing is extremely rare!
According to a study conducted by the Federal Trade Commission, they found out that 99% of people who join them incur losses than gain any profits.

Recruitment is bread and butter, or to put a more accurate term; it is the lifeblood of Multi-Level Marketing.
It is not about the packages or services because the entire structure will collapse without recruiting new members.
Imagine this—if the people at the bottom part of the network were not able to recruit sufficient people into their lower network, it will cause them not to earn any income as well.
Again, please take note that the representative still has to pay the membership fee required to maintain their organization’s status.
Not earning anything may lead to frustration and eventually result in them becoming inactive and quitting the business opportunity altogether.
And this cycle will continue up to the next bottom level, and the next, and up until the network finally collapses.

Is GoodLife USA a scam?
I did not find any reason to believe that GoodLife USA is a scam.
They are a legitimate MLM company that specializes in providing travel services.
However, some of you might argue that Multi-Level Marketing is essentially a pyramid scheme that disguises themselves as a direct selling company.
Although I agree to some degree, they are technically considered not the same as the other.
Multi-Level Marketing is legitimate because they offer something of value in return for your investment.
And these values are in the form of retail merchandise which they can sell for profits. In the case of GoodLife USA, they offer travel services.
On the other hand, a pyramid scheme doesn’t offer anything in return but promises of high returns. This makes them high risk and banned in many parts of the world, including the United States, Albania, Canada, the United Kingdom, France, and Germany, to name a few.

Success is recruitment-based
Your success in the business doesn’t rely on services sold, but on recruitment.
“F” BBB rating
The Better Business Bureau or simply the BBB is one way most people do to check a company’s credibility.
An “F” rating doesn’t immediately conclude that the business is illegitimate, but it says a lot about how they operate their business and handle customer concerns.
