In particular, i-Say is among the largest online market research firms.
Typically, market research works by collecting data through surveys that could be critical in the improvement of a business.
And then, they provide an incentive to the people provided the data they need.
i-Say is open to several countries that include the United States and Canada in North America.
And then in Europe, it includes countries like Romania, Spain, Finland, Germany, Italy, France, Denmark, Belgium, Norway, Poland, Russia, Italy, Hungary, and the United Kingdom.
And then other regions include Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE.
These are only some of the countries where they are available for people looking to earn extra income from paid surveys. To check if it is available in your country, you can go to their site and try to sign up.
I have reviewed other paid surveys, GPT (Get Paid To), and PTC (Paid To Click) sites in the past. You may check them out if you like—Tellwut, LuxSurveys, MegaTypers, and Canview Connect, just to name a few of them.
The registration process
First and first foremost, you need to be at least 18 years of age to join.
I’m not sure if there are specific countries that they are not available. Again, you may have to try and sign up if you’re interested in signing up for the platform.
I’ve heard elsewhere that it is only available for people residing in the United States and Canada. Still, I tried it out myself and managed to complete my registration—and I am residing outside of North America.
Moving on…
Signing up is relatively easy. It took me not more than five minutes. Even with a slow internet connection, I believe that you can still finish it quickly.
As you below, initial registration requires you to provide an email address, gender, and date of birth.
Before you continue with the registration process, you will be asked to confirm your email address.
And then, you will be redirected to another page and answer basic questions like name and address.

How does the i-Say Survey work?
As mentioned earlier, i-Say is a market research platform that connects with businesses and survey takers.
With this being said—Paid Surveys are their primary source of income for those who want to earn extra cash.
Your main job is to answers surveys.
You may wonder why companies do this because it doesn’t look useful. But data collected from surveys are very useful to companies because it helps them analyze market trends.
That’s the basics of how it works!
But as simple as they may, the pay isn’t that great as well. Paid surveys are only as good as a side gig only.
In i-Say, every 100 points are worth $1.
I’m not sure how their algorithm works, or how many surveys the members should receive regularly, but the pay ranges from $0.45 to $1.50 per survey.
The platform also offers other ways to earn income through their system, and it is as follows—
Loyalty program
The platform rewards a member if they reach a specific number of surveys answered.
For instance, the member earns additional 200 points if they managed to complete 50 surveys. And then, they earn an additional 25 points after they finished five surveys.
Referral
This form of the income stream is common in GPT platforms. It is where you earn points by simply referring someone into the platform.
The member earns 100 points every time someone uses their referral link to join i-Say.
Polls
After accomplishing a certain task, they get an invitation and then participate in a program where they get a chance to win prizes.
Draws
Every four months, i-Say conducts a program where they select ten members to win 5,000 points each.
The redemption process
You can redeem your earnings via the following platforms—
- PayPal transfers
- Virtual Visa Prepaid Cards
- Gift cards that include Amazon, Starbucks, Tim Horton, etc.
- iTunes Card
As I mentioned earlier, each dollar is equivalent to 100 points
Redeeming your earnings is not a problem if you choose gift cards because you can easily convert i-Say points for as low as $5.
If you want cash instead of gift cards, then you can opt for PayPal transfer. But before you can ask for a payout, you need to have a minimum balance of 1,530 points, which is equivalent to $15.
On the other hand, the Virtual Visa Prepaid cards need to reach a minimum of 1,000 points or $10 for you to be able to cash out.
The processing for gift cards is transferred immediately through email. And then, you may have to wait for three to four weeks for cash transactions to be transferred into your account.
Is it a reliable source of income?
If you’re thinking of quitting your day job and do surveys instead, then you are positively making a huge mistake!
Income coming from paid surveys is as good as a source of extra cash. As you may have seen above, potential income is very low; I doubt that it would be enough to support your monthly expenses.
I also find it hard to believe that anyone is even breaking into the hundreds consistently in a month. If there are any, it is only a few rare instances.
You also have to consider the number of survey invitations that you’d be getting, because the intervals may not come as often as what you might expect it.
However, I find i-Say a good way to make use of your downtime. Instead of playing online games or mindlessly browsing social media, then you could instead make your time somehow more productive.

Is i-Say Survey a scam?
No. I am very sure that i-Say is not a scam!
i-Say is a legitimate platform that provides an opportunity to earn income through paid surveys. The company is under another reputable company called Ipsos that’s owned by Didier Truchot.
Also, i-Say is in business for 45 years now. Staying this long in this business says a lot about their credibility, and it is highly unlikely that they are scamming people.

I actually found two BBB profiles of i-Say in their database. But I am going for the one with the latest complaints and more customer interaction.
