What is Emris?

Emris is an MLM (Multi-Level Marketing) that specializes in the health and wellness niche, particularly CBD oils.

The company is only recently established last 2019.

It was co-founded by three persons, namely Matthew Harris, Ilean Harris, and Aspen Ermy. All of which has substantial experience in Multi-Level Marketing and online entrepreneurship.

I won't be talking about their CBD products since our focus is their compensation plan—whether it's legit or just another MLM scam.

 So let's continue…

How to register?

Emris offers three main products, which include the following:

  • Basic Starter Pack - $49
  • Business Starter Pack - $199
  • Legacy Builder Kit - $499

Yes, they do offer a $49 pack. But you have to take note that you have to buy the more expensive packages to gain a higher income.

Also, the Basic Starter Pack only gives you the privilege to be called a Brand Ambassador.

Beyond that, there are no products. As you see, you may still have to purchase.

The Emris Business Opportunity and its income streams

There are ten ways how you can earn income with Emris. It is as follows:

  • Retail Profits
  • VIP Customer Bonus
  • VIP Power Bonus
  • Global Customer Pool
  • Fast Start Bonus
  • Team Bonus
  • Check Matches
  • Director Bonus Pool
  • Vice President Bonus Pool
  • Incentive Trips

1. Retail Sales

It's a feature common to every MLMs. It is wherein you earn income from retail sales.

The sale doesn't have to come from retail customers or your own network, but also from your personal purchase.

This instance is specially termed as "Garage Qualified." It is where members purchase products of the company to improve personal volume.

If you're a member of Emris, you get a 20% discount on all items which you can sell at retail price.

Also, they mentioned that you also earn 20% commissions when a sale is made on your website.

2. VIP Customer Bonus

The member shall earn 10% commissions based on PCV generated from personally recruited lower network.

3. VIP Power Bonus

In addition to VIP Customer Bonus, the Brand Ambassador also earns a 10% bonus based on if they manage to obtain 250 to 499 PCCV (Personal Customer Commissionable Volume).

If they reached 500 PCCV or higher, then they may earn up to 15%.

4. Global Customer Bonus Pool

It is a reward that they give to their result-oriented Brand Ambassadors for recruiting and maintaining VIP clients.

They said that they set aside 1% of their global income every four weeks. And then they share this with their so-called Brand Ambassadors.

They added that this is with no regard to ranks. Emris claims that as long as you provide results, then you get a proportionate share of the 1%.

5. Fast Start Bonus

The Brand Ambassador earns income for every person they recruit and purchases qualified products.

They added that the incentives are paid weekly.

6. Team Bonuses

This is the unilevel part of MLMs. To simply put it, your income for this feature shall depend on your lower network.

The Brand Ambassador shall earn weekly income as a result of building their lower network.

They claim that it could reach up to $75,000.

To qualify for the commission, the Brand Ambassador has to be active for the pay period. And they also have to be Bonus Qualified.

The Bonus Qualified is the Brand Ambassador with 80 PCV. Also, they must have at least two active lower networks on each leg.

Does it excite you?

Well, don't be.

The Health and Wellness, particularly CBD oils, are so saturated that it may be difficult to recruit members or acquire retail customers.

Also, you have to continuously work on improving and maintain your personal volume to qualify for bonuses and commissions.

As mentioned, product sales don't have to come from retail customers or recruits. It may also come from your own pocket money.

This seems to that the Brand Ambassador, as they call it, is paying for their own commission. As a result, the poor MLM agent doesn't earn anything, or worse, lose money.

Similar to Global Customer Bonus, it's another bonus that Emris derives from 1% of the PCV of all Brand Ambassadors.

And then, they place this to the Director Bonus Pool to be proportionately shared to its Directors.

9. Vice-Presidential Bonus Pool

Also, they set aside ½% of the total Brand Ambassadors PCV. This is to be proportionately shared to its Vice President.

As mentioned, you have to reach the Directorship ranks or above to qualify for this bonus.

10. Global Trip Incentives

These are all-expense trips that they reward to outstanding Brand Ambassadors.

As you see, it's going to mostly an uphill battle, and your chances of succeeding are exceedingly rare.

You have to recruit a lot of people to join in. And as mentioned, the CBD niche is extremely saturated, and it may be difficult to find retail customers and recruits.

Tired Of Expensive MLMs?

Here is A Way Better Alternative!

Can you make a reliable income from Emris?

The success rate with MLMs is extremely slim.

According to studies, people who sign up for MLMs lose money than earn anything. It's a reality relayed in Jon Taylor's book, "Multi-Level Marketing Unmasked."

He further explained that MLMs, in general, fail to meet expectations because of two reasons—recruitment and capitalization.

The health and wellness niche, particularly CBD oils, is very saturated that it would difficult to find retail customers or recruits.

Another problem with MLMs is capitalization. This implies the need to improve your personal volume to advance and access the business's high-paying feature.

Improving personal volume involves retail sales from your network.

And one-way MLM agents do it is through Garage Qualified. It is a special term used to describe MLM agents that stock company products as much as they can to improve the chances of advancements.

It looks like the MLM agent is purchasing their own commissions, right?

This instance results in the member running out of funds, and eventually quitting altogether.

Is Emris a scam?

No. Emris is neither a scam nor a Pyramid Scheme.

They are a legitimate Multi-Level Marketing that sells health and wellness products, particularly CBD oils.

But if you ask me whether I'd invest in them, I say no.

I do not recommend Emris or any MLMs for that matter.

It is a high risk, and the chances of ever succeeding are low.

What I Don't Like About Emris

Success is recruitment-based

You have to continually recruit to improve your chances of advancements and earning a higher income.

Cheap basic starter kit, but…

For some, the $49 investment may be cheap, but such investment yields no benefits.

You still have to avail of the $199 investment to at least have earnings.

Saturated industry

The industry they're in is crowded that it may be hard for anyone to find potential retail customers or recruit.

Some of the popular CBD oil companies they may have to deal with include Vemma Farms, NuLeaf Naturals, Pure Kana, Koi, Charlotte's Web, Premium Jane, and Hemplucid.

Not accredited by the BBB

The Better Business Bureau or simply the BBB is one way most people to check the credibility of a business.

Not having a profile may affect potential investors' decision-making on whether to invest or not.

What I Like About Emris

Good management

The three co-founders have good track records.

Final thoughts

I hope my Emris review has provided you with sufficient information and help you decide whether to invest in them or not.

But in either case, I do not recommend Emris or MLMs in general.

As emphasized earlier, MLMs are more focused on recruitment than retail selling. This gives some people to have the impression that they are really a pyramid scheme.

Although the member is receiving retail merchandise to sell, in essence, they still have to build their lower network to make a higher income.

How I make money online

I choose Affiliate Marketing over any Multi-Level Marketing because of the following apparent reasons—

Affiliate Marketing Is Better Than MLMs Because...

✔Cheaper & Way More Profitable!

✔ You Don't Need To Recruit or Harass Your Friends To make Money!

✔No Start-up Costs or Confusing Compensation Plans!

✔ You Don't need to buy any starter kit or product!

✔ Promote any Product (or multiple products) you are interested in!

✔No House Parties or Facebook Classrooms!

In Affiliate Marketing, what you'll basically be doing is promoting a brand using affiliate links provided by the business.

And you earn commissions as a result of someone engaging the affiliate link and eventually buying the products or services.

But of course, you need an online presence for you to be able to do this.

If you don't have any or don't know how to start, then I recommend that you tickle the description above.

That's it!

Again thank you for taking time off and reading my Emris review….

 See you soon.
