 Tranont Review

  • Name: Tranont
  • Website: tranont.com
  • Price: $99 startup fee + $25/month fee + monthly products ($150+)
  • Do I recommend it? No! (read the whole thing to know why)

What is Tranont?

Tranont is an MLM ( Multi-level Marketing) company based in Utah in the USA, found in 2014 by Lorne Berry.

What makes Tranont different than a lot of MLM's that I've reviewed is that they sell products that have literally zero relation with each other.

The first part of this company sells health products ( dietary and enzyme supplements ) And the other part of the company sells Wealth products like credit products, estate plans, tax products, and more.

Tranont also offers a work-from-home opportunity where you can make money by selling the Tranont products and recruiting others to join under you.

Before I talk about the work from home opportunity let me show you some of the Tranont products and their prices.

Compensation Plan

The Tranont compensation plan is very confusing and not well explained on their website,

Below I'm going to talk a little bit about the Tranont compensation plan,

Commission Qualification

Before you start earning as a Tranont Affiliate, you will need to be seen as an active member,

And according to the Tranont website, active members are described as being “current in Annual Renewal Fees and Subscription Fees with Tranont.

Also, a part of Tranont's policies says that a Tranont Associate is active if they have 100 PV within a given month & pay your annual renewal fee of $49.

There is another part of the compensation plan that says affiliates must buy into a subscription plan that costs $125 and generates 100 PV.

Retail Commissions

A member shall earn 10% to 35% commissions only if they sell the Wealth Core services.

The 30% commission you will be earning will also be divided among your upper lines and the company.

The rate depends on how many subscribers avail of the services. And they should be active for you to qualify for the bonus or commissions.

For example, you will get the full 30% commission if a member has 21 or more active subscribers.

The rate you’ll earn is either 10% to 15% if you have 1-10 or 11-20 active subscriptions, respectively.

As you see, the company rewards productivity, However, you have to work a little harder if you’re in an MLM setting.

This is because most MLM products and services are pricey and selling them can be a challenge.

If you compare MLM products with other similar products, they’re more expensive despite having the same quality of products or services.

How to join Tranont?

To join Tranont, you have to register your email first, fill out the Online Application and then you have to choose a membership plan and pay the corresponding amount:

  • Base Plan - $349
  • Gold Plan - $599
  • Platinum Plan - $1,499

You have to pay for the account immediately because your application won’t be processed unless settled.

In addition, you have to pay membership fees of $49 annually to maintain your active account.

It doesn’t end there, you also have to pay monthly fees of $125 to help you qualify for bonuses or commission.

The products you’re reselling aren’t included on top of the annual and monthly fees. So yeah,

The membership is pretty expensive for a company that doesn’t guarantee success or profits.

What I Like About Tranont

#1 They Have an A+ BBB rating

I'm not going to lie, there is nothing much I liked about this company or its business opportunity,

The only thing that I can say that is good is the A+ Rating at BBB. This factor is a good indication that Tranont is not a scam.

However, a positive rating in the BBB doesn’t always guarantee the business’s credibility.

There are companies that are rated A+ by the BBB but turns out to have a history of malpractice.

This case is reported extensively in an online article published by CNN titled “Slammed by the Government, A-rated by the Better Business Bureau."

#2 Named in the Top 5 Fastest Growing Business by business

Tranont garnered a 5th place finish in the UV50 Annual Ranking of Utah Valley’s Fastest-Growing Companies.

Ahead of them are other prominent businesses like Qualtrics, Ancestry.com, DOMO, and Jane.com.

Again, having this factor is another good indication that Tranont is not a scam or a pyramid scheme.

Having this kind of recognition must mean that they’re doing something right. But in any case, I still wouldn’t invest in Tranont or any MLMs for that matter.

The reason is that the business model is so flawed that it’s very hard to earn any significant income.

For one, most MLM products or services are expensive, which makes it hard to sell and compete with similar brands.

What I Don't Like About Tranont

#1 Very Expensive!

The start-up cost is freakin’ expensive! I have to pay $349 for the basic plan, and on top of that, I have to settle monthly and annual fees and purchase products for reselling.

#2 Succeed is almost impossible at Tranont

Points are the basic foundation for you to succeed in Tranont. The pointing system is the same, regardless of what MLM businesses you are in.

Your bonuses or commissions depend on how well you recruit new members and sell the products or services.

It’s followed by how well your downline recruits and sells the products or services.

You might suggest that you can just recruit your loved ones or friends, but the problem arises if they become inactive or quit altogether.

When this happens, you have to replace them so you can maintain your points.

Also, as mentioned, prices offered by MLMs aren’t competitive, and some buyers may wisely opt for products or services that are less expensive with superior features and quality.

#3 Complicated Compensation Plan

I thought that I was the only one who had a hard time trying to understand the Tranont Compensation Plan,

But after reading a lot of reviews, I found that a lot of people agree that the Tranont Compensation plan is almost impossible to understand/explain.

Complicated compensation packages are a common strategy in MLMs.

It seems like they’re using technical terms to confuse you intentionally.

Are there any people who can completely understand the membership plan for a short period?

Are the 8 pages of a seemingly self-contradictory compensation plan easily absorbable?

I can imagine that the person who joined them didn’t really understand the package, and they took the offer because they were effectively persuaded by the representative.

#4 Tranont is Not BBB accredited

Although Tranont has a positive A+ rating in the Better Business Bureau, they are actually not accredited.

In my opinion, this raises a red flag because the BBB was supposed to be one of the factors we check in determining the legitimacy of a business.

#5 Tranont has no accreditation from the Food and Drug Administration

Foods and Dietary Supplements with no accreditation from the FDA can be potentially unsafe for human consumption.

Tired Of Expensive MLMs?

Here is A Way Better Alternative!

Can you make a reliable income from Tranont?

Tranont didn’t provide any income disclosure statement regarding how much their business owners are earning.

This means that we have no way of concluding whether this company produces successful business owners.

There may be a few lucky ones who make reliable income but in general, it’s not a reliable source of income, and you might not even earn anything at all.

Prices of MLM products and services aren’t competitive which will make buyers opt for cheaper brands with far more superior features.

In Jon Taylor’s book,  “Multi-level Marketing Unmasked,” he explained that almost 99% of people who join MLMs lose money.

So, Is Tranont A Scam?

No. Tranont is neither scam nor a pyramid scheme.

They are a legitimate business. Although MLMs resemble a pyramid scheme, they are legitimate because you receive value in exchange for your investment.

And the values you receive are subject to reselling for you to earn income.

A pyramid scheme is completely illegal because the foundation is purely money. Also, it’s high-risk, and loss is almost guaranteed.

Although MLMs encourage selling, they are more focused on recruitment, where most of the income is derived.

Recruiting nowadays is extremely challenging because of how MLMs closely resemble a pyramid scheme.

And as we repeatedly emphasize, the price rates of MLMs are not competitive. This explains why 98% of people who join MLMs fail significantly, while only 1% succeeds.

Because of the above instance, it leads some people to believe that Tranont a scam.

But a company is a scam if they intentionally mislead people to gain profits.

It is just that success in Tranont is mostly an uphill battle.

Final Verdict + Better Way to Make Money Online

Although Tranont is not a scam and an operating company, I do not recommend investing in them or any MLMs.

They’re not a reliable source of income, and the chances of failing are high.

If you want a more legitimate way of earning income, then you need to try Affiliate Marketing.

  1. Do you have anything on a company called Valentus, founder Dave Jordan, Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
My friend is thinking of signing up with them as they are taking over Tranont

  2. True, the compensation plan with Tranont is very confusing. Our team learned the plan and learned how to use it. If making $30K a month is not making money, then we are doing something wrong.
